Bonus Terms

These terms cover every Kananaskis Casino player who claims, holds or plays with a bonus, free spins or a prize from our free daily prize game or Kananaskis Rewards. They take effect when you opt in to a promotion and last until the bonus is converted, expires or is removed. Anything not covered here falls under our Player Agreement.

General Rules

1.1 A bonus is credit we add to your account on top of your own deposit. It is held as bonus funds, separate from your cash balance.

1.2 Cash is staked first. Bonus funds are staked once your cash balance reaches zero.

1.3 All bonus amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

1.4 Each promotion page lists its own figures, eligible games and dates. Those figures apply alongside these terms.

1.5 We have no no-deposit bonus. Our free daily prize game needs no deposit.

Redemption Points and Game Types

2.1 Model: we do not use a wagering multiplier. Bonus funds are released by collecting redemption points.

2.2 Target: gather 5 redemption points for each C$1 of bonus.

2.3 Window: you must collect points within 7 days of the bonus being credited to your account.

2.4 Selected games: only the games named on the promotion page earn points. The game list for the offer shows the earning rate on each eligible title.

2.5 Other games: slots, table games, card games, live dealer games and instant games that are not on the selected list earn no points. Stakes on them still use your balance.

2.6 Progress: your current point total and the time left are shown in your account under the active promotion.

2.7 Release: once the target is met, the bonus plus any winnings linked to it are moved to your cash balance.

Expiry

3.1 Bonus window: 7 days from credit. When the window closes without the target reached, the remaining bonus funds and winnings tied to them are removed. Your own deposit and its cash winnings stay.

3.2 Free spins: the time limit for using spins is shown with the spins in your account. Unused spins lapse when it ends.

3.3 Unclaimed offers: an offer not opted in to before its end date can no longer be claimed.

Bonus Abuse and Voiding

4.1 Counted as abuse: holding multiple accounts, using someone else's details or payment method, collusion, low-risk betting patterns designed to clear points without real risk, exploiting game faults, and moving bonus funds between accounts.

4.2 Result: the bonus, the winnings tied to it and the points collected are void. The account can be restricted or closed under our Player Agreement.

4.3 A bonus credited by technical error is removed together with any winnings from it.

Welcome Offer

5.1 Headline: C$750 over 3 deposits plus 20 free spins.

5.2 Match: 100% on each of your first 3 deposits, up to C$250 per deposit.

5.3 Total: up to C$750 in bonus funds plus 20 free spins.

5.4 Minimum deposit: C$10 for each qualifying deposit.

5.5 Release: each C$1 of bonus gives you 5 redemption points, which must be used within 7 days on selected games.

5.6 Ontario: public advertising of incentives is not allowed in Ontario. Players there see the offer only after registering or logging in. The figures are the same: 100% up to C$250 on each of the first 3 deposits, up to C$750 in total, plus 20 free spins, minimum deposit C$10.

One Bonus at a Time

6.1 Only one bonus can run on your account at once.

6.2 A new bonus becomes available once the current one is released, expires or is forfeited.

6.3 You may forfeit a running bonus by email to [email protected]. The bonus funds and the winnings tied to them are then removed.

Maximum Stake with a Bonus

7.1 Any maximum stake per spin or round that applies while bonus funds are on your account is stated on the promotion page.

7.2 Stakes above that maximum earn no points, and winnings from them can be voided.

7.3 Any stake limit you have set yourself still applies and is never raised by a bonus.

Opting In

8.1 No bonus is added without your choice. Select the offer on the deposit screen or the promotions page to opt in.

8.2 Opt in before you make the qualifying deposit. A deposit made without opting in does not qualify later.

8.3 Turning down a bonus has no effect on your deposit or your Kananaskis Rewards status.

Maximum Conversion

9.1 Conversion is the amount of bonus winnings that can move to your cash balance when the target is met.

9.2 Where a promotion caps conversion, the cap is stated on its promotion page. Anything above the cap is removed at release.

9.3 Withdrawals of released funds follow our normal payment terms: minimum withdrawal C$10, no casino fees.

Who Can Take Part

10.1 Age: 19 or older.

10.2 Location: you need to be physically present in Canada, within a jurisdiction whose local laws allow online casino play.

10.3 Welcome offer: new Kananaskis Casino account holders only, once per person.

10.4 Account status: your account needs to be verified. It also can't have a self-exclusion active, nor a cooling-off break. While either applies, we send no promotional offers.

Changes

11.1 We change or withdraw promotions when the law, our partners or our products require it.

11.2 A change never reduces a bonus you have already opted in to. That bonus runs to its end on the terms in place when you opted in.
