Player Agreement
This agreement covers everyone who registers with Kananaskis Casino or uses a Kananaskis Casino account. It takes effect as soon as you begin registering and remains in force for every session, stake, deposit and withdrawal until your account is closed and its balance is settled. We operate from Kananaskis, Alberta.
Acceptance
1.1 Registering, logging in or placing a stake means you agree to this Player Agreement.
1.2 This agreement links to these pages, which also apply to you: Bonus Terms, Your Privacy, Cookies and Tracking, Responsible Gaming, Account Verification and our Underage Gambling Policy.
1.3 Anyone who does not accept this agreement should not register and should stop using the site.
1.4 Where a promotion page and this agreement differ, the promotion page governs that promotion only. This agreement governs everything else.
Games
2.1 Rules: the rules, paytable and return details for a title sit in that title's information screen. Read them before you stake. The version shown at the time of your stake is the version that applies.
2.2 RNG games: slots, card games, table games and instant games that are not live draw every outcome from a random number generator. Fairness is tested by independent testing labs (eCOGRA / GLI).
2.3 Live games: the result of a live round is the result produced by the dealer and the table equipment, as recorded by the studio. If your connection drops, the round is settled on the studio record.
2.4 Malfunctions: a fault in software, hardware, data or connection voids every play and every payout it affects. Stakes on a voided play are returned to your balance. Rounds completed before the fault stand.
2.5 Unfinished rounds: where a game supports it, an interrupted round resumes the next time you open that game. Where it does not, the round is settled under that game's rules.
2.6 Errors in our favour or yours: an amount credited by obvious error is not yours to keep or withdraw. We correct it and tell you by email.
Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Currency: all balances, stakes, deposits and withdrawals are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
3.2 Deposit methods: Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paysafecard, MuchBetter, Payz (ecoPayz) and eCheck.
3.3 Withdrawal methods: Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Apple Pay and Payz (ecoPayz).
3.4 Minimum deposit: C$10. Minimum withdrawal: C$10.
3.5 Maximum withdrawal: we state no limits on withdrawals.
3.6 Payout time: most options get your money to you within 1 to 4 hours. Bank wires can take as long as 12 hours.
3.7 Fees: deposits and withdrawals carry no charge from us. Any charges from your bank or card issuer are set by them.
3.8 Ownership: every method you deposit with or withdraw to must belong to you. Payments from or to another person's card, wallet or account are refused.
3.9 Identity: we have to confirm who you are, and that you are physically in Canada, before we accept your first deposit. All the details are on our Account Verification page.
3.10 Money movement: a deposit is for play. Under Canadian money laundering rules we may hold a withdrawal while we look at deposits that were moved in and out with no real play.

4.1 The welcome offer, free spins, the free daily prize game, Kananaskis Rewards and every other promotion are run under our Bonus Terms.
4.2 Where this agreement and the Bonus Terms cover the same point about a promotion, the Bonus Terms decide.
Complaints
5.1 Channel: email [email protected]. Complaints are handled by email only.
5.2 When you get in touch, please tell us your username, the date and time of the issue, which game or payment it involved, the amount, and the outcome you expected.
5.3 Keep every message about one matter in a single email thread so the full record stays in one place.
5.4 You receive our decision by email, together with the reasoning behind it. Should new facts emerge, reply in the same thread and we will look at the matter again.
Intellectual Property
6.1 We own, or use under licence from third parties, the Kananaskis Casino name and logo, the look of the site and all of its words and images. Each game belongs to the developer that built it.
6.2 You may view and use the site for your own play. Copying, scraping, framing, reselling or building tools on top of the site is not allowed.
Eligibility
7.1 Age: 19 or older.
7.2 Location: you must be physically in Canada, in an area where local law allows online casino play.
7.3 Not eligible: anyone under age, anyone who has self-excluded with us, and anyone barred from gambling by law or court order. See our Underage Gambling Policy and Responsible Gaming page.
7.4 We take players only from places where the law allows online play, and we apply Canadian rules on age and identity checks and on stopping money laundering.
Changes
8.1 We revise this agreement when the law, our payment partners or our products change.
8.2 We post every new version on this page with its effective date. We'll also send you an email before any material change kicks in.
8.3 Playing on after the effective date means the new version applies to your play. If you don't agree with it, please stop playing and withdraw your balance.
Limits of Liability
9.1 The site and games are supplied as they stand. We do not promise uninterrupted access.
9.2 We carry no responsibility for losses from your own staking decisions, your device, your internet connection, or third-party services outside our control.
9.3 Where we are responsible, our responsibility is capped at the amount of the stake or transaction involved, except where the law does not allow such a cap.
Prohibited Conduct
10.1 Prohibited: cheating, collusion, the use of bots or scripts, taking advantage of software faults, paying with stolen or borrowed payment methods, playing for another person, concealing your location, and sending abusive messages to our staff.
10.2 Outcome: affected stakes and winnings are void, the account can be restricted or closed, and matters involving fraud or money laundering are passed to the relevant authorities.
Accounts and Registration
11.1 One person, one account. A second account is closed and any balance from it is assessed before return.
11.2 Keep your registration details accurate and up to date, including your name, date of birth, address and email. Wrong details can delay or stop withdrawals.
11.3 Your password is yours alone. Activity under your login counts as your activity.
11.4 Account tools: deposit, wager and stake limits, reality checks, time alerts, cooling-off breaks, a self-assessment quiz about your play, and self-exclusion. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Raising a limit takes effect after 24 hours.
Governing Law
12.1 This agreement is read under the laws in force in Canada that apply to you and to us.
12.2 Disputes not settled through our complaint process go before the courts with authority under those laws.
